Cuplock Standards

Standards are made of the highest quality steel tubes with a set of upper & lower cups situated at a distance of 500mm. It is available in different length from 0.5mtr. to 3.0mtr. Accordingly one can achieve the required height by simply joining one standard upon another with the help of spigot joint pins. We also supply standards with fitted spigot.

Cuplock Ledger

Ledgers are available in different lengths from 0.5mtr. to 2.5mtrs. These ledgers are fitted to the vertical to make a proper scaffold. One can choose accordingly to its requirement the length of the ledger so as to achieve the required width & breadth of the structure.

Cuplock Ledger

It gives additional support to the structure by placing them at different levels horizontally from one ledger to another. Sizes available are same as ledger.

Steel Scaffolding Planks

Planks are available in sizes from 0.5 mtr. to 3mtr. length & 0.3 mtr. in width made out of ms sheets.
They are used for different purposes and can be placed simply on the ledgers or the best way to use them is horizontal omega support for safety and sturdiness.

Adjustable Base/Universal Jacks

Adjustable base jacks are available solid and hollow, also used at the bottom of the standards. They can adjust the level of the standards as required depending upon the site requirements.

Steel Scaffolding Planks

Drop Forged Swivel couplers are used for connecting two scaffold tubes at any angle to each other. These are mainly used for cross braces connection of scaffold tubes. Drop forged couplers are designed for maximum safety, and are available in galvanized or paint finish.
Guarantee: Material will be exactly as per required specification BS-1139.
Test certificates: Would be given to you along with supply.
The Pipe: Will be 40NB X 3.1/3.2mm thick for
Supplies: Standard and 40NB X 3.0mm thick for Ledger as per BS1139 specifications and tolerance allowed.
