Raw Material complies with BS EN 10025 Grade S275JR or equivalent. Manufactures; use the latest technology to repeatedly produce high quality grating panels in 6m x 1m or 6m x 3. Pitch sizes can available in 30 x 100 and 41 x 100, we can also customize the pitch to meet any special requirements.

Fabrication is done through automated fabrication section which is the most advanced and ensures high quality and accuracy of fabricated grating panels. There is a direct link between the AutoCAD system and fabrication machines to ensure that the drawings are replicated exactly in the final finished product.

Finishing galvanizing is done by companies with ISO 9001 accreditation. The common standard our product is galvanized to is BS EN 1461 (formerly BS 729). Other international standards are also possible on request.
